Return & Exchange policy

Due to the characteristics of the brand's product production process, return and exchange on simple change of mind is not acceptable as it is a one & only product. Please make purchase after careful decision.

In the case of product defects or wrong delivery, purchase can be canceled and returned. Please contact via Q&A for us to help you quickly. When returning the products, please re-wrap in the original package to prevent damages.

- In the case of product defects or wrong delivery, we will help with free return. Please contact through the Contact via Q&A and we will process after reviewing the condition.

- When return request is registered, FedEx will visit and collect the product and notice message will be sent.

- If you are not able to directly hand over the product, you can assign the returning address.



※ please pack the products in one courier box at the time of return even if you ordered multiple products and received them separately.

※ Process may be delayed if the product is randomly returned without registering or noticing the return request.

※ Please keep the AWB number after shipping the returning products.

Due to the characteristics of the brand's product production process, we cannot offer exchange to a same product due to the fact that it is a one&only product.

1. There may be a color difference according to the monitor resolution or 1-3cm spec differences depending on the size measurement method.

2. Due to the production characteristic, there may be black spots, stains, and shrinkages generated in the process of melting and hardening plastics.

3. In case that the value of the product is severely damaged due to the customer's responsibility.

4. In case that the value of the product is significantly reduced due to the customer's use or partial consumption.

5. In case that the value of the product has been lost to the overtime extension and became difficult to resell.

6. In case that the product package or tag and label are damaged or lost and cannot be resold.

7. In case that the partial product has not been returned.

8. In case that it falls under the reasons for restriction of withdrawal of subscription prescribed by the ‘Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.’

- In the [Payment Completed] status, the customer can cancel the order directly on MY PAGE.

- In the [Product Preparation] status, the product may be shipped out, so it cannot be processed directly on the MY PAGE. Please contact via Q&A page to check the possibility of the cancellation.

- In the [On Delivery] status, it is difficult to cancel because the product is shipped, and after receipt of the product, the customer is responsible for the returning delivery cost.

- The returning payment will be canceled within 7 business days after collection/ inspection and will be reflected as the customer's original payment method.

- If paid by credit card, the credit card authorization will be canceled and you will not be charged for the payment. (However, the payment may be charged according to the payment date of the credit card, and in this case, the refund will be processed on following month.)

- If paid by account transfer, it will be refunded you to your bank account.

- Returns can only be accepted if the product is undamaged or unused within 7 days of receipt of the product.

- Return is not possible if the value of the product is damaged after opening the packages.

- Process may be delayed if the product is randomly returned without registering or noticing the return request.

- Please keep the AWB number after shipping the returning products.

Shipping policy

* Plastic Ark uses an eco-friendly package and ensure the product is delivered safely without damage as much as possible.



* After delivery, the AWB number will be sent to your e-mail. Delivery may take 2-3 days after payment confirmation depending on the region and time of order, and it may take 1-2 more extra days for Jeju Island or some provinces.



* Domestic couriers are delivered by CJ Logistics, and overseas by FedEx.

General notice

1. Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and Paypal. Payments are made securely through the KCP electronic payment system. All credit cards issued in Korea can be used, but some credit cards issued overseas may not be available, so please be aware and notice.

2. Point system

* 5% of the purchase amount will be accumulated as Ark Coin.

* If you send us back the product when you want a new item to replace, or when the products are damaged after use, 10% of Ark Coin of the product price will be accumulated after inspection.

* Ark Coin has same value as real money. With accumulated Ark Coin, you can buy various Plastic Ark products, and also our specially designed limited edition lines

FAQ

Please check the return/exchange policy on the left category.

When the order is ready for delivery, the AWB number will be sent to your e-mail, and you will be able to check tracking with courier company via online.

When tracking, delivery is processed with barcode through computerization and can be checked at the stage of delivery after the operation. Even if the order status is in delivery, tracking can be performed from the point when the delivery information is entered after pickup from the actual designated courier.

- As a non-member: Click the account icon at upper right corner of the main page and you will find ‘track order’ button.

After the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change the destination. Please try to change by contacting the courier company directly.

There will be a separate notice for re-stocks!

Taxes may be imposed on individuals depending on destination country. Please make careful purchase as it is not possible to prepay in our payment page and we cannot be responsible for any of issues with taxes.

The accumulated Ark Coin can be used as same value as real money. It also used to purchase our Limited Edition products.

1. AGREEMENT WITH PLASTIC ARK

- These Terms and Conditions along with Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase.

- These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written.

- Upon ordering, we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase.

- This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt



2. GENERAL

- This website transacts in the 2 currencies (KRW/ USD), dependent on the shipping country. USD currency is approximate conversions that is automatically converted from the system.

- All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. 


- Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

Payment can be made using the methods above, and payment for your full order offer will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.



4. DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays.




5. RETURN POLICY

- Return and exchange on simple change of mind is not acceptable as it is a one & only product due to the characteristics of the brand's product production process.


- Return and exchange is only be made in case of receiving defects or wrong deliveries. Please be aware of the fact that few cases listed in return policy are not considered as a defects.


- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages can be sent back with a trackable, insured service that we offer. We cannot proceed the unnoticed returning items and procedures may delay.



6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

    6-1 The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We try to display the colors of our products accurately on the site, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we are not able to guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery or upon collection. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

    6-2 The weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the site are approximate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damages caused by or arising from any customer’s expectation on the information obtained from or through this site. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and other content materials available. Its corresponding content materials are subject to change at any time without prior or subsequent notice.

    6-3 The delivery obligation is deemed to be fully discharged when the ordered products are delivered to the designated address of customers. Customers shall be solely liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery if the information provided is not accurate.

    6-4 We may limit the usage of any of our services to customers If we have reasonable grounds to believe that customers may have violated any of these terms and conditions, we may withhold, restrict, suspend, cancel or terminate your account or subscription, and / or suspend or terminate our provision of services to you, without any liability on our part.

    6-5 We make no representation or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement or freedom from any actual, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss, destruction, damage, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusions whatsoever, and we disclaim any liability relating thereto.

    6-6 If, for whatever reason, customers are not able to accept our services rendered herein, we shall not be held responsible to such customers or any third party.

    6-7 Customers must follow our advice given to keep the products that we supply safe (including any instructions or product manuals provided with the products). We will not accept any liability for damage to products which is caused by customer’s failure to follow our advice.

Under all circumstances, we will not be liable for any losses related to any business of customers including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenues, loss of business opportunity and / or business interruption.

    6-9 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products, if such delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable effort to notify you.
