This phenomenon often occurs when we focus on a particular topic or concept and perceive the environment based on that criterion. In this exhibition, Plastic Ark and 308 Art Crew aim to apply these effects to express the beauty of the sea.
Utilizing the variety of colors, sounds, scents, and etc., viewers are expected to a sensory experience and in the process, a unique perception of the environment is provided. In particular, Plastic Ark products made from recycled plastic waste were shaped into giant anchors and became works of art. By placing this significant piece in the center, it contains a message emphasizing the importance of a virtuous cycle. This exhibition highlights the awareness of environmental issues, hoping to not think of the concept of eco-friendliness as difficult and inconvenient. Exhibition emphasizes that true eco-friendliness is something that can start with small attention and practices in daily lives. Plastic Ark and 308 Art Crew hope that the theme of ‘environment’ will take a deeper root in our minds through experiencing colors with the artworks at the exhibition and we hope the Color Bath Effect will occur through this, where small interests come together and lead to big changes in our world.
